Introduction

Fantastic light meal. Fantastic light meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in bite size pieces
    1.5 Cups Water
    .5 Cup White Vinegar
    4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
    1 Clove Garlic, crushed
    Pepper to taste

    1.5 cups Brown Rice (uncooked)
    4 Cups Water

Directions

Cook Rice by directions (this will take longer than 30 minutes)

Cut chicken into bite size pieces, crush garlic and add all ingredients except for rice and flour. Simmer/Cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Thicken with flour and pour over cooked brown rice.

Fix steamed broccoli and you have a meal. Also, great as left overs!!!!
