Delicious black bean brownies low in fat and carbs. Delicious black bean brownies low in fat and carbs.
Number of Servings: 9


    4 medium eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tbsp olive oil
    14 oz canned black beans
    1 tsp baking powder
    3 tbsp cocoa
    3/4 cup granulated sugar


Blend all ingredients in blender
Pour in greased 8 x 8" pan
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F

  • Taste is very good. Needs frosting or chocolate chips to help disguise the bean color (black not brown). I'll try reducing an egg for a more fudgy less cakey texture. - 6/15/11
