Ingredients

    2 chicken breast no skin
    1 tbsp olive oil light
    1 cup each of green, red peppers, bonet peppers, green onions. Jerk season(grocery store or intl market), 1tbsp chopped jalepenos. serve w/salad or rice.

Directions

prepare clean chicken
add jerk season to chicken, add olive oil to grill or pan
cook on grill or in nonstick pan til completely done
add all peppers when chicken half cooked then cover pan let simmer 20minutes til done. Serves 2
serve with brown rice or salad
