Ingredients

    2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded or rough chop
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
    1/4 cup diced or sliced onions (pref red)
    1/4 cup diced or sliced cucumber (peeled)
    1/4 cup diced celery
    3 oz grilled chicken breast (such as Tyson)
    2 Tbsp salsa
    1 Tbsp fat free sour cream

Directions

Add all ingredients to large bowl, mix well and serve on plate or large salad bowl.
