Ingredients

    2 Large Summer Squash/ quartered
    2 Large Zucchini Squash/ quartered
    2Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tspm black pepper

Directions

Cut squash into quarters. Set aside. Combine olive oil, salt and pepper. Brush squash with olive oil mixture. Place on preheated grill for 6 mins, turn and cook another 6 mins or until tender crisp. Serves 4
