Ingredients

    1 package Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style Veggie Protein
    1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans, rinsed very well
    1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped

Directions

Cook beef veggie protein, then add to crockpot along with beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and onion. Add spices of choice. Cook on high for 2 - 3 hours.
