Ingredients

    1 package sugar-free Jello Cheesecake pudding
    1 cup light Sour Cream
    1 cup sugar-free Cool Whip
    1 cup frozen Mixed Berries
    1/4 cup skim milk

Directions

Combine the pudding mix with the milk and sour cream. Fold in berries and cool whip. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
Serving size: 1 Tbsp

    Notice that serving size is only 1 TBSP!! Is anyone really going to count out 58 portions and eat just one? A piece of fruit is much healthier and more satisfying, and so many are available this time of year. - 8/8/07
