Introduction

This is a great smoothie if you are trying to add more calcium to your diet. Each serving has 29% of the RDA of calcium. My kids don't like milk, but they slurp these down! Ingredients

    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. powdered nonfat milk
    2 T. sugar
    2 c. frozen strawberries

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. To thicken, add more fruit. To thin, add a little more milk or a splash of juice.
