Introduction

Blueberries in Fat Free Half&Half, sweetened with splenda and topped with whipped cream Blueberries in Fat Free Half&Half, sweetened with splenda and topped with whipped cream

Ingredients

    3/4 cup blueberries (if frozen, thaw in microware for 45sec-1min)
    2 tbs far free Half &Half
    1 tsp splenda baking granules (or 1 packet)
    2 tbsp whipped topping

Directions

If blueberries are frozen, thaw in microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Pour in 2 tbs (1/8 cup) of fat free half & half. Top with teaspoon of splenda. Finally , cover with 2 tbs whipped topping. Makes 1 serving.
