Introduction

I'm following the DSP diet plan which does not allow gluten or sugar. I made these because I wanted a sausage that didn't contain either of the two. They're very hard to find in the stores. This is quick and easy and tastes a thousand times better than the store bought version. I'm following the DSP diet plan which does not allow gluten or sugar. 1 tsp sea salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup water
