Introduction

Ingredients

    30 oz bag of country style frozen hash browns
    30 oz cheese and chives egg beaters
    7 - 8 oz of low fat cheddar cheese
    Pam cooking spray
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Spray your slow cooker (or crock pot) with non-stick cooking spray. Add half of the hash browns, half of the cheese and salt/pepper. Add the rest of the hash browns, cheese and more salt/pepper. Pour the Egg Beaters over the whole thing. Set the crock pot to low and let cook over night at least 5 hours. I normally then set it warm until ready to serve. This is a great recipe and cooks while you are sleeping. :) You can add meat but it will increase the calories.
