Ingredients

    6 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 small banana
    3 6-oz carbmaster yogurts (can all be the same flavor or 3 different ones)

    If you don't have carbmaster yogurts where you shop you can substitute greek yogurt to still get the high protein.

Directions

Simply mix all ingredients together in a blender and pour into a serving dish or store in the fridge.
