NO baking. No cooking. YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! Easy too! Great recipe from my aunt! You can use whatever combination of pudding and gelatin you would like. These are my favorites:

Ingredients

    1 Sugar Free Angel Food Cake (from Kroger, Marsh, Walmart, etc...already prepared)
    2 boxes of Sugar Free Instant Pudding
    1 box of Sugar Free Jello
    4 cups skim milk (to make the pudding)
    1 tub of Cool Whip Sugar Free

Directions

Break Angel Food Cake into small pieces and line the bottom of a cake pan (13 x 9). Prepare pudding according to package directions. Pour on top of angel food cake. Sprinkle jello packet on top of pudding (do not prepare with water). Place in fridge for approximately 10 minutes. Layer cool whip on top of pudding/jello before serving.
