Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Romaine (I rip it)
    1 cup sliced Strawberries
    2 thin slices of Turkey breast meat (ripped)
    1 tbsp shredded tex mex cheese, You can also use any kind of cheese you like, I like the jalapeno flavor.

Directions

If used for meal then 1 serving, If shared then about 3 servings and approx 37.2calories .
Wash and slice ingredients put in a bowl stir together and eat. The juice from the Strawberries act like a dressing.

    I think it would be better with a milder tasting cheese. The tex mex is too much for the strawberries. - 7/9/07
