Ingredients

    6 Hard Boiled Eggs
    2 Tbsp Mayo
    2 Tbsp India (Sweet) Pickle Relish
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Hard boil 6 eggs. Cool and chop. Place chopped eggs in bowl and stir in mayo, relish, salt and pepper. Serve on bread or with lettuce.
