Ingredients

    green beans fresh, about 1.5 to 2 lb
    Onions, raw, 2 cups, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2-3 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1-2 tsp
    Salt 1/2 to 1 tsp
    water


Directions

If you have pressured cooker then use it, very easy.
Wash and snap the beans in two pieces, put in a pan.
Put tomatoes, onions, garlic and olive oil with salt and sugar on top, add water 1-2 cup (if not in pressured cooker.), mix it well. After boilin point, continue to simmer for about 30 min.
Cook until the beans are tender and onions are cooked completely.
Serve with chopped parsley sprinkled on top cold or in room temperature.
