My husband asked after the first bite, why havent you made this before. Very creamy and yummy, we love it.The Homemade Gourmet Garlic Lemon seasoning mix in a mix I bought from a Homemade Gourmet sales representative. Ingredients

14 oz shrimp (used frozen from Walmart)
4 tbsp Homemade Gourmet garlic lemon sesoning mix
(1) 10 package frozen chopped spinachd, thawed and drained
(1) 8 oz package of Weight Watchers cream cheese, softened
4 ounces bowtie pasta
3/4 cup mozerella part skim cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9X9 baking dish; set aside. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of shrimp for topping;set aside. In large skillet over medium heat, combine seasoning, spinach and cream cheese; stir until well blended. Add remaining shrimp and stir occasionally until cream cheese has melted. Remove from heat and stir in noodles. Spoon mixture in prepared baking dish, top with shrimp and cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Serves 8.

This was a GREAT recipe! I tried doing the seasoning myself... but I need to work on that a little. It came out a little bland (my fault) will definately make this again and tweak it 'til I get it right. Also, I added a little milk (like 1/4 c. just to make the sauce creamier.) It's a keeper! - 1/13/11
