This light pie is perfect for summertime, and really simple! Recipe works just as well with other flavors of yogurt and fruit. This light pie is perfect for summertime, and really simple! Recipe works just as well with other flavors of yogurt and fruit.

Ingredients

    2 8 oz. packages of yogurt, mixed berry
    1 cup lite cool whip
    1 cup blackberries, thawed and drained
    2 graham cracker crusts

Directions

Its very important to let the frozen fruit thaw and drain, otherwise the pie will get soggy.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, and spread evenly into the two pie crusts. Chill until set. Serve chilled.
