Introduction

Ingredients

    1 46oz Can V8 Juice
    1 46oz can Tomato Juice
    2 16oz cans Bush's Hot Chili Beans
    1 Chipotle pepper in adobo, with seeds
    1 35oz can Crushed tomatoes
    1 Lb 93% lean ground beef
    4 Cloves garlic, chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste (I also throw a liberal palmful of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning in the pot!)

Directions

Brown ground beef with garlic and chipotle pepper. Add beans and crushed tomatoes, stir. Add juice and V8, plus seasonings. Heat until simmering.
