Ingredients

    2 low carb tortillas
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp taco seasoning mix
    1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
    1 medium tomato, diced
    2 tbsp taco sauce

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add sliced onion and taco seasoning mix and stir often until onions are carmelized, 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat tortillas according to package directions.
Top each tortilla with one half of the onion mixture, one half of the cheddar cheese, sour cream and taco sauce.

    I do not use taco seasoning.. I put mushrooms, tomato and spinach with the onion, no sour cream.. jack instead of cheddar and white beans.. I used chili powder and seasoned salt. - 3/12/11

    Very Good
    This recipe is easy and versatile. I used 1/2 an onion and added red peppers and shredded cabbage. Then I topped the burrito with some corn, black beans, salsa and FF sour cream. Yummy! - 8/21/07
