Introduction

I got this recipe from Pampered Chef. It's ideal to cook in the Deep Covered Baker, but you can also bake in your own baking dish. I altered the recipe a little.

After I try it, I might add some vinegar, worstershire sauce, and/or dried mustard.

For the Calorie Count, I used a Beef Round Rump Roast.

Ingredients

    3 pound Beef Roast
1 TBsp Dried Onion (Or use fresh diced onions)
1 clove Garlic (Or use 1/2TBsp powder)
    1 can Diet Coke
    2 Cups Reduced Sugar Ketchup

Directions

Place the roast into your Baker. Sprinkle with Garlic and Onion. Mix the Ketchup and Coke in a bowl and pour over the chicken. (You could save washing a bowl and just pour the 2 items over the chicken directly, but I like mine evenly mixed.) Cover with the lid.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Shred the leftovers in the sauce to make yummy BBQ sandwiches.
