Ingredients

    1 roll Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
    6 large eggs
    1.5 cups Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
    10 strips Bacon, fully cooked, crumbled
    Half a can of Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
In a medium non-stick pan over medium heat, scramble eggs with cooking spray; set aside.
In a medium bowl or plastic bag mix shredded cheese with Italian seasoning and set aside.
Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles and place in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Press over bottom. Seal seams. Press sides of crust up slightly to form an edge.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon over crust evenly.
Sprinkle cooked eggs over sausage evenly.
Place diced tomatoes over eggs evenly.
Sprinkle cheese and Italian seasoning mixture evenly on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and begins to bubble. Cool for 5 minutes
Serve hot, cut into squares.
