Number of Servings: 6


    1 pack of chicken tenderloins (1.3 pounds)
    1 package weber white wine and herb marinade
    1/2 cup water
    1 can low fat cream of mushrooms
    1 can low fat cream of chicken
    1 8oz fat free cream cheese
    2 cups raw broccoli
    1 medium spaghetti squash


Add weber white wine marinade to baker. Add water and whisk until mixed. Add raw chicken. Cover and microwave for 20 minutes on high. While cooking, cut a spaghetti squash in half and scoop out seeds (disgard). Put halves on a microwave safe plate face down. When chicken is done, remove and add squash. Cut chicken with poultry shears and add soup and cream cheese. Mix untill all is combined. Then add fresh broccoli. (Frozen can be substituted, but must increase cooking time). Remove squash from microwave and return chicken for 10 more minutes. Meanwhile, scrape "noodles" out of squash into a bowl. When the sauce is complete, serve over squash noodles. Serves 6.
