Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    1.25 Cup Flour, white enriched
    .75 Cup Cornmeal, yellow
    .25 Cup Splenda
    2 tsp Baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt

    2 egg white
    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup oil

Directions

mix dry ingredients, add remaining, stir till just blended. leave lumpy.
Bake at 400 for 20-24 minutes in sprayed 8x8 or 9 " pan.
