    2 Frozen Chicken Breast, no skin, (Approx 1 lb)
    1 Can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Jar Turkey Gravy
    3 Large Carrot
    3 Stalks Celery
    1T Onion Powder
    1t Dried Parsley
    Sprinkle Pepper


Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. Mix the soup & gravy together in a bowl, along with the spices, then pour over the chicken. Chop celery & carrots and put on top of the chicken mixture. Cover with lid & place on HIGH for 3 hours. Change to low temp setting for at least 1 hour or more, until you're ready to eat. Break up chicken breast before serving, you can serve with homemade egg noodles or dumplings - Makes 5 servings, enjoy
