Ingredients

    low fat / fat free yogurt 350g.
    5 cucumbers middle/small size,
    juice of One lemon.
    5 tbsp chick peas canned.
    salt to taste (0.25/0.5 tsp).
    2 cloves Garlic pureed.

Directions

grate the cucumbers, add the garlic puree
then the yogurt.
mix well with a spoon.
then add lemon juice and salt to taste.

that is it
enjoy.
