1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 slice lean deli ham
.5 cup sliced zucchini
.5 cup sliced mushrooms
1 ounce grated mozarella cheese
1 tbsp grated parmesan reggiano
Directions
Spread tomato sauce on pita.
Layer ham and vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degr. F for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how soft or crunchy you like the crust.
