Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
    1 1/3 c. white rice, uncooked
    4 2/3 c. skim milk
    13 tsp. of truvia (original recipe calls for 2/3 c. sugar)

Directions

Add milk and rice in a pot, boil and cook until rice is tender. Once tender add Truvia (or sugar if you desire), vanilla, and cinnamon. (Sometimes I will boil the milk and rice with a cinnamon stick for flavor.) Makes 9 - 1/2 cup servings.

    O.K.
    The taste is okay not very pudding like. I tried it with brown rice, which was a mistake rice was chewy. I may try again with white rice. But will give other recipes a try I think. I love the kozy shake sugar free pudding but is expensive. I would not compare it to kozy shack at all. - 4/14/14

    I made this with almond milk instead and it really turned out great. Will make again! - 2/19/11
