Introduction

My own version of Subway's Western Egg White Omelet Sandwich. Delicious! Ingredients

    1 Healthy Life Light English Muffin, sliced in half
    Egg white liquid (approx. 1/4 cup)
    Honey Ham, 1 slice, cut into fourths
    Thinly sliced green peppers and onions
    Salt and pepper


Directions

In a small skillet, pour the egg white liquid. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.

Slide egg out of pan and allow to cool slightly. Cut in half.
Layer egg, 1/4 of the slice of ham, peppers, onions, and salt and pepper on one half of the English muffin.

Place in toaster oven and toast until slightly browned.

Put halves of English muffin together and enjoy!

Makes one breakfast sandwich.
