    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
    * Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 2 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    * Cornstarch, .2188 cup (remove)
    * Smart Balance Omega buttery spread with EVOO, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Parsley, dried, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * Rosemary, dried, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Directions

Chop vegetables to desired size. Add chicken, vegetables, broth, and seasonings to crock pot. Cook on low for 5 hours (or more). Shred chicken. Add cornstarch slowly, stirring well. Allow to cook on low until desired thickness is reached. Add noodles and let cook another 15 minutes or until noodles are soft.
