Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    24 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    2 cups chunky salsa
    1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
    1 cup frozen corn
    1/2 cup black beans drained and rinsed
    1 cup (4oz.) reduced fat mexican cheese blend

Directions

cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain. In a large nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. remove from heat. Stir in salsa, tomato sauce, beans and corn. Spoon into pasta shells.

Place in a 13x9 inch baking dish coated with pam. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 8 servings of 3 stuffed shells each
