Ingredients

    1 bag frozen, unsweetened strawberries
    1 angel food cake
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1 block of fat free cream cheese
    1/4 cup granulated sugar

Directions

Thaw the strawberries in a mixing bowl.
When thawed, lightly sprinkle part of the sugar over the strawberries.
Cut the angel food cake into three layers.
Remove top two layers.
Mix the cream cheese, rest of the sugar, and 1/4 cup of milk in a mixing bowl.
When mixed, spread 1/3 of mix over bottom layer of cake.
On top of cream cheese mix, put 1/3 of the strawberries. Place the second layer over the bottom.
Repeat previous instructions for the final two layers.
Cut into slices, serve, and enjoy.
