The best comfort food ever!! The best comfort food ever!!

Ingredients

    6 C. French bread cubed
    3/4C. raisins
    3 beaten eggs
    1-14oz.Condensed milk with 2 1/2 C.hot water
    2 T. melted butter
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1 T. grated orange rind (optional)
    Sauce
    1 C. orange juice
    1/2 C. sugar
    1 T. cornstarch

Directions

Grease a 9by 13" pan with butter. French bread or italian bread cibes and rasins in pan. Mix tegether the rest of the ingredients and pour over the bread. Bake at 350 for 40 min. ot untill knife inserted, comes out clean.

For sauce to serve over top, if desired. cook and stir sauce ingredientd over medium heat untill thick and bubbly.
