* Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
* Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
* Baking Soda, .5 tsp
* Salt, .5 tsp
* Milk, nonfat, .75 cup
* Banana, ripe, 4 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
* Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
* Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
* Hershey's Milk Chocolate Candy Bar (1.55 oz), chopped/crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick spray.
Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Whisk together the milk, bananas, lemon juice and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add the milk mixture and the crushed Hershey's bar (or 1/2 cup chocolate chips) into the flour mixture; stir just until blended.
Pour the batter into the pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 40-55 minutes. Let cool in the pan on a rack 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and let cool completely on the rack.
