Introduction
I cook steel cut oats each Sunday evening and divide the oatmeal into 10 containers, which I refrigerate. My husband and I take them to work each day for a healthy breakfast. Microwave about 2 minutes to warm. Any fresh or frozen fruit can be substituted for the pumpkin.
