Ingredients

    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1.5 serving (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Domino Organic Sugar, 36 tsp (remove)
    Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .33 cup (remove)
    Milk, 1%, .75 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)
    Flour, whole grain, 1.33 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a seperate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Mix just until combined. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin pan-using all batter. These muffins will rise, but not as much as muffins made with white flour. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. VERY MOIST AND TASTY.
