Introduction

If you love sweets, and need a fix, this is the smoothie for you. Tastes JUST like a slice of strawberry cheesecake. I like to use all frozen fruit so it is more ice cream-like. Add a little agave or your favorite sweetner if your fruit isn't very sweet. I love it for breakfast because it is full of protein, and at 290 calories, it is a low-cal and filling breakfast choice.
