Ingredients

3 tbsp Fat Free Caramel Flavored Topping
3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Granulated Sugar
2 cup Fat Free Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
1 96% Fat Free Flour Tortilla
4 tsp chopped no salt Almonds
Butter flavored cooking spray
Directions
1. Stir together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl then set aside. Stir together Caramel and1/4 tsp of cinnamon and sugar mixture. Spoon the Ice-cream into a shallow glass bowl. Dollop the Caramel mixture over the ice-cream then stir gently. Cover and Freeze for 3 hours until firm.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut tortilla into 8 wedges, and coat with butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon and Sugar mixture over tortilla wedges. Place on baking sheet, and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Let cool until ready to serve.
3. Scoop the Ice-cream into Dessert dishes; Sprinkle evenly with Chopped Almonds, and serve with tortilla wedges. Yield: 4 servings (Serving size ½ cup ice-cream, 1 tsp nuts, and 2 tortilla wedges).
