    8 oz ground turkey
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped green peppers
    1/2 cup mushrooms (fresh)
    1 cup brown rice
    1 large tomato cut up
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    6 cups of water
    1 tbsp of poultry seasoning
    other season blends


Brown the turkey and onions.
Add peppers, mushrooms, rice, tomatoes, celery, water, and seasonings.
Simmer until rice is tender.

  • I added 3 cups of Chicken Broth. Recommend Low Sodium. I also added fresh spinach and used a can of diced tomatoes. Family Loved it! - 1/19/12
