Ingredients

    3 1/2c flour
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp baking soda
    3c sugar
    4 eggs
    1c vegetable oil
    3/4c chocolate chips
    1/2c water
    2c pumpkin puree

Directions

Mix flour, salt, soda and sugar in large bowl. Add pumpkin, eggs, oil and water. Mix until combined then add chips. Pour into 2 loaf pans or muffin tins. Bake for 55 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. (makes 48 mini muffins. nutrition information is for 2 mini muffins)
