    500g Chicken thighs, cubed
    1 Onion dry curry powders,
    coriander, chopped.
    2 cups rice

Directions

Cube chicken. fry onion in spray oil till lightly brown. Add dry curry pwds. thne chicken.
Cook for 25 mins. covered.
Add coriander, cook further 5 mins. lid off,
Serve with boiled rice
