Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups All Bran
    1 1/4 cups Skim Milk
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 cup Craisins
    1/4 cup Stevia
    1 whole egg or 2 egg whites
    1/2 sup unsweetened applesauce

Directions

Makes 9 muffins - Mix bran, milk, craisins and let set for 10 minutes, add rest of ingredients and bake for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Could use 2 egg whites instead of 1 whole egg.
