Introduction

Mini Turkey Meatloaves! Mini Turkey Meatloaves!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    20 Oz Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Carrot
    1/2 Onion
    1 stalk onion
    1/2 Cup Instant Rolled Oats
    2 Eggs
    2 Tbsp Asiago Cheese
    1 Tbsp Garlic
    Seasonings to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

Chop Veggies, put into food processor.
Pulse until choppped
Mix together, veggie mix, turkey, egg whites, oats, cheese and spices. ( I like pepper, garlic, a little salt)

Grease muffin pan

Using a 1/3 cup measing cup, drop the mixture into the muffin tin. (Makes 9)

Bake at 350 for 30 Minutes and enjoy!
