Ingredients

    1 pkg vanilla pudding mix, sugar-free
    1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks
    1 can (20 oz) fruit cocktail with extra cherries
    1 cup mini marshmallows
    1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
    1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip Free

Directions

Drain the fruit cocktail and pineapple. Mix with the marshmallows. Heat pudding with the juice (2 cups) until thick; add Cool Whip. Stir into the fruit. Add nuts, if desired. Put in covered container and chill.
