1 lb 93/7 Ground Beef
1 c baby carrots, cut to bite size
2 med russet potatoes, cubed w/ skin
1/3 c heavy whipping cream
2 c beef or chicken low sodium broth
2 Tbsp flour
Celery Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef over med-high heat.
Add flour, mix well.
Add all other ingredients, bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until desired thickness.
