Ingredients

    1/2 Cup yellow onion, chopped
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can red chili beans
    2 oz chopped green chilis
    14 oz can diced tomatoes
    8 oz can tomato sauce
    chili powder to taste (I use 1/2 Tbsp but I do not like it really spicy)

Directions

In a skillet brown the turkey with the onions. Add mixture to crockpot and follow with remaining ingredients. Cook in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. Makes 4 large bowls. If you top with cheese add the calories. Enjoy!
