    2 cups of orange juice
    1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce
    2 tbs of low sodium teriyaki sauce
    2 tbs olive oil

    1 WHOLE oven roaster chicken
    (season with salt, pepper and garlic powder)


combine all liquid ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic power

put chicken in a baking pan and pour mixture over chicken and place in oven
baste often
cook for 20 minutes per pound

    Yum! Simple, easy & very good. My family loved it. Great flavor throughout the chicken, & very tender. I sprinkled paprika & dried chopped parsley on top for some color & it browned up really nicely. - 11/15/07
