Ingredients

    3 chicken breast - bake 1 hour and shred

    6 cups chicken broth (use lower sodium broth if wanted)
    1 14oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 cup water
    1 cup dark red kidney beans
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup frozen green beans
    1 4 oz. can diced green chilis
    1/2 cup diced onions
    1 8oz. can tomato sauce
    1 + 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 + 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    6 small corn tortillas (minced)

Directions

makes 8 servings of 1.5 cups each

Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Bring to a boil - reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour
until soup has thickened.
