using 85% lean ground beef using 85% lean ground beef

Ingredients

    85% lean ground beef (1 lb)
    onions
    egg
    whole wheat bread (1 slice)
    salt
    pepper
    oregano
    basil

Directions

toast the bread. put everything in a large bowl, crumble the toasted bread into the bowl. Mix together, form into 16 meatballs. Bake in 350 oven for 25 mins or until done.
