Introduction

this is my take on Rachael Ray's burger this is my take on Rachael Ray's burger
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey 85/15
    3/4 lb ground beef 73/27
    1/2 c chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1 tbsp pepper
    1 tsbp salt
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 c cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

chop onion into 1/2 in pieces put in a medium sauce pan with cooking spray. cook on medium heat with 1 tsp salt and 2 cloves garlic mined. cook for 5 minutes. add 1 cup chicken stock and cook for 45 minutes. until nice and carmelized. let cool for 1 hour.

Mix beef and turkey with carmelized onions and the rest of salt pepper add 1 cup od shredded cheese mix well. Make unto 9 ounce balls and cook on grill pan for 9 minutes
